Deep Process & Medicine Work: Descend to Rise
These weekends run from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. They are very powerful contained descents into yourself. We work incredibly intentionally and each member the group is a very important part of the process.
This is not a light weekend, The work moves fast into the body, into held charge, suppressed emotion, and the deeper patterns that sit underneath how you relate, respond and organise yourself and your life.
The space we group process and the field between people bring material to the surface quickly. What is usually managed or avoided becomes visible.
We work with sacred medicine within a tightly held ceremonial space, alongside deep therapeutic support and structured integration. The medicine amplifies what is already present, allowing access to material that sits beneath the surface of everyday awareness.
There are two calls before the retreat and two afterwards, with options of additional 1:1 support with Deborah and Phœbe.
The weekend is held is a comfortable space, with our own chef, sauna, Ice bath and steam room.

Deep Process & Medicine Work: Entering a Deeper Field
This is The Journey signature retreat, we work with sacred mushrooms to allow deep, deep decent into the body, the psyche and we deepen and expand our understanding of the world around us.
This is where the deeper layers open. Early imprinting, pre-verbal material, and what sits in the body beneath conscious narrative. The work builds across the week through breath work, energetic and somatic practices, psychotherapeutic deep process and ceremony’s.
In Uvita, Costa Rica we are held in a private luxury retreat called Selva Armonia nestled high in the Costa Rican hills overlooking the pacific ocean.
Our European home is in Portugal where we work deep in the beautiful and pulsating lands. We have comfortable accommadation with beautiful workspaces. We are always working in deep connection with the land.
Included is delicious food, accommodation and the weeks practices. Airport Transfer in San Jose is also included.

Deep Process & Amazonian Medicine: Ceremony, Lineage, and the Living Field / Ceremony, Wisdom and the Lineage of the Forest
A different context. A different level of work. We meet for 6 days and 5 nights.
This retreat is held in collaboration with our friends from the forest, the Huni Kuin people of Acre, Brazil, who carry the ancestral lineage of Amazonian grandmother medicine. Held within the Journey's signature depth & transformation process, the medicine work takes place within their ceremonial structure, guided by their traditions, songs and ways of working with the medicine.
The work moves beyond personal process into relationship with lineage, ritual and the wider field. Here we are working with transformation on many levels spiritual, psychological, somatic and emotional.

In Portugal we work within the powerful and pulsating portuguese lands. Wherever we are nature and mother earth is our constant and you are cared for by a team so we can go deep into the work.
All food, sessions, pre and post retreat work and accommodation all included.
